Daisy Dog Vintage Fairs Stallholder Enquiries

Daisy Dog Vintage Fairs are held 5 times a year. In 2017 there will be two events at Oxted Community Hall, Oxted, two events at Westerham Hall, Westerham and a fifth event at Meridian Hall, East Grinstead. Download the PDF for the complete list of 2017 dates or visit the Fair News page.

Daisy Dog Vintage Fairs in 2017

Each Daisy Dog Vintage Fair attracts around 500 visitors with hugely positive feedback. The events are fully supported through local leaflet, poster and banner advertising, local newspaper advertising and through our Facebook and Twitter social media campaigns.

We select stallholders carefully to ensure an appealing mix of vintage and antique offerings for visitors and to ensure that no particular category is over-subscribed.

Booking

Due to the high demand for limited spaces at all of our events we regret that we will only accept bookings from stallholders offering goods or services with a substantial vintage element. This includes, but is not limited to:

- original vintage clothing, artefacts and paraphernalia
- upcycled, refurbished or repurposed vintage originals
- hand crafted products substantially made from original vintage materials
- new products substantially styled to replicate vintage originals

All stalls must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure the booking.
- Cancellation more that 21 days prior to the event: 50% refund of stall fee
- Cancellation less than 21 days prior to the event: no refund

In the unlikely event that Daisy Dog Vintage Fairs are forced to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, stallholders will receive a full 100% refund within 30 days of the date of the cancelled event.

At the event

Stallholders will have access for setting up at least 1 hour before the event starts on the day of the event. An electricity point must be requested in advance and cannot be guaranteed. Any electrical equipment being used must be PAT tested.

Daisy Dog Vintage cannot be held responsible for the damage or loss of stallholders' goods or the loss of cash, cheques or personal belongings while travelling to and from or during the event. It is therefore strongly recommended that stallholders have their own Public Libaility Insurance. You may like to consider membership of the The National Market Traders Federation which offers a host of benefits including free Public Liability Insurance as part of the annual membership fee. The positioning of Stallholders at the event is at the absolute discretion of Daisy Dog Vintage.

In the interest of Health and Safety stalls should be manned at all times whilst the event is open and should not be dismantled until closing time or by express permission off the organisers.
